• Are the rates per person or per room?
  Rates are per room per night, however it is possible to book on a half board basis by paying a supplement of  € 15,00 per person per day.

• Does the hotel have a night porter?
  The hotel’s reception is open 24 hours.

• Check-/check out:
  guests can check in from 12.00pm. If guests arrive earlier, they can still check-in their luggage, however, generally, won’t be available. In case the room is available, guests can settle in immediately. Check out must be carried out before 11.00am on the day of departure, except at the weekends, when we operate a late check-out, by 15.00hrs. Breakfast is available until 12.00pm.

• How to get to the Hotel King Rose
  Take motorway exit 8bis (Tangenziale), then proceed in the direction of Granarolo for about 5KM.

• Methods of payment :
  Payments can be made by cash or credit cards. Regrettably, we do not accept cheques.

• Breakfast:
  The breakfast room is open from 06.00 to 10.30

• Is it a buffet breakfast:
  Yes, it is and offers many choices

• We are travelling with a year’s old baby, do you have the right facilities?
  Yes, we do. The hotel has cots.

• Do you take animals: Yes, without paying a supplement and provided that they are of small size.

• Is there parking available?
  Yes, we have two large secured car parks and they are free to residents. They are not only suitable for cars, but also for coaches and vans.

• Do you have an internet cafe’ at the hotel?
  We dont have a separate internet cafe’, but the Hotel has free wi-fi.

• Is there a garden?
  Yes, the hotel has parkland for about 8000 sq mt. If offers both tranquillity and convenience, being so accessible to the city centre. For these reasons, the hotel is suitable for the business and the leisure traveller.

• How far is the Bologna Exhibition Centre?
  The exhibition centre is about 5KM away; it can easily be reached without getting on the motorway, thous avoind traffic at rush hours.

• How far is the Centergross?
  The Centergross is about 7 or 8 KM away, it can easily be reached without getting on the motorway

• How far is the Centro INAIL? The Centre INAIL is about 7Km away, it can easily be reached without getting on the motorway

• How many floors does the hotel have and is there a lift?
  The hotel has three floors and there is a lift.

• Do you have a safe in the bedrooms?
  Yes, all bedrooms have a safe for your convenience.

• Do you have rooms with a balcony?
  Yes, most of the rooms have a balcony.

• Is there a direct telephone line in the bedroom?
  Yes there is, in all rooms.

• Is there air condition in the rooms?
  Yes there is and you can adjust the room’s temperature.

• Is there a TV in the bedrooms and are satellite channels available?
  All rooms have large TV sets with satellite channels and Sky TV.

• How often do you do the changeover?
  Daily for bath towels and table linen, whereas bedlinen are changed every two days.

• How far is Bologna?
  The city centre and the railway station are about 10Km away; the exhibiton centre is 5KM and the airport is 15KM away.

• Public transport
  From our hotel, the city centre can be easily reached by bus. The bus stop is right outside the hotel.
  The bus number is 93 during workdays and 301 during public holidays/weekends.
  
  From the hotel:
  During workdays, from Granarolo to Bologna, the first service is at 06.05 then every 15-20 min; last service runs at 19.55.
  
  During public holidays and weekends, from Granarolo to Bologna, the first service runs at 09.25, then every 15-20 min; last service runs at 19.28 (1 hour).
  Coming back:
  During workdays, from Bologna to Granarolo, the first service is at 07.10, then every 15-20 min; last service is at 20.43.
  
  During public holidays and weekends, from Bologna to Granarolo, the first service is at 07.30, then every 15-20 min; last service is at 20.20 (1 hour).

• Is it possible to hold meetings at the Hotel?
  The hotel has a meeting room for business meetings and/or presentation/launches. For residents, provided they meet a minimum stay’s requirement, the meeting room and audio visual equipement are free.

• Is any foreign language spoken?
  Yes, our reception staff speak english, french and german.
